Product Introduction
LH-1050DFH, is the star product of LONGHUA, and is also one of the favorites of many leaders in China's packaging industry. It is the prefect combination of embossing and foil stamping. Under 580 tons high pressure, the foil stamping process has achieved a qualitative leap, no matter in the scope, flatness and delicacy. The machine is equipped with 3V+2H independent foil feeding system, which not only ensure the stable and accurate delivery of aluminum foil at high speed, but also control the foil feeding error within 1mm, greatly save the foil.

Quick Changed Foil Device
 

Full-width longitudinal foil feeding system allows simultaneous longitudinal and lateral foil stamping, reducing foil consumption and saving foil replacement time.

Both longitudinal and lateral directions are equipped with foil separation air blowing devices, suitable for large-area foil stamping.

Alarm triggers if foil length is less than 6m; computer-controlled foil monitoring system displays remaining and used foil lengths.

Equipped with a 3-axis independent foil feeding system, ensuring foil feed error is controlled within 1mm, significantly saving aluminum foil. It provides more stable tension, offering effective assurance for high-speed, stable, and accurate foil stamping.

Rewinding Device
 

There has brush rewinding foil function. And it has equipped with a re-coil collection waste foil device. The buffer force prevent the foil from broken.

Control the quality of the product, you can adjust the Zone temperature and some other operation from the display screen.
